Diamond Shelf currently ships within the United States.
Order processing
Our standard processing target is 1 business day. Processing may take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, payment verification, address verification or other circumstances requiring additional review.
Orders placed on weekends or recognized holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
Standard shipping
For eligible U.S. orders below the free-shipping threshold, standard shipping is:

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can vary based on destination, carrier conditions, weather, holidays and other circumstances outside our control.
Free shipping
Eligible U.S. orders of $69 or more receive free standard shipping.
The order subtotal used to determine free-shipping eligibility is calculated after applicable discounts and before taxes unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be provided after the order has been processed and shipped.
Tracking activity may take some time to appear after a carrier receives the shipment.
Shipping addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact Diamond Shelf as soon as possible through our Contact page. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or fulfillment.
Delivery issues
If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, check around the delivery location and with household members, neighbors or building management where applicable.
If the issue remains unresolved, contact us through the Contact page with your order number and tracking information.
Delays
Carrier delays can occasionally occur after an order leaves fulfillment. Diamond Shelf cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates, but we will assist customers with available tracking information and reasonable next steps.
International shipping
Diamond Shelf currently focuses on U.S. shipping. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
